There is no doubt in saying that Dr. Christopher is the best robotic surgeon I have come across. He has been comfortable to talk to and is completely approachable at any given instance. My husband suffered from fissure and fistula for quiet sometime. As NRIs we were quite skeptical to undergo surgery during our short visit to India and looked for options in Tuticorin and Tirunelveli. We came to know about Dr. Christopher through one of our mutual friends since he is an expert in minimally invasive surgeries.Upon having an one on one with him we gained confidence to move forward with the laser fistula ablation and laser hemorrhoidopexy. Since Dr. Christopher has been consulting in many hospitals allover Tamil Nadu, it was quiet easy for us to hover between hospitals based on his references. Within a couple of days my husband underwent the surgery. We were asked to visit him often for wound dressing to accelerate the healing process.I found Dr. Christopher to be someone who actually listens and top of it, answers our questions word by word. A kudos to his technicality. The only doctor I know who explains the reason for suggesting the medicines he prescribes. The most commendable trait of his was his accessibility, though he travels a lot, he never fails to respond to his patients. The waiting time, in his case is very minimal. It's a healthy practice I find in modern doctors like him.His clinic also has visiting doctors specialised on different areas of medicine which made multiple consultations even more easier.Grace who works there is really sweet and smart enough to coordinate everything virtually. She has been extremely helpful and kind all throughout the process, truly a cherry on top. Her dedication and way of handling patients is applaudable. You call her, and she gets the work done.Post op dietary restrictions where discussed with Mrs. Befeena Christopher who was also sweet enough to respond to all of our queries at any given point of time.In short BariOSS clinic has been an one stop solution for us with no additional headache of having to consult for multiple opinions during the various stages of healing.We wish the team led by Dr. Christopher all the very best and would suggest expanding their own clinical facilities in each city for ease of post op consults.
